Peanut Butter and Jam

Bread type: White
Ingredients: 20g (ish) crunchy organic peanut butter, 5g sesame seeds, 5g jam
Time to make (approx): Under 10 minutes
Spread jam on one slice of bread and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Spread copius amounts of peanut butter onto the other slice and then with great speed and accuracy join the two slices together. It's not a healthy sandwich but it tastes great!
