Bread type: Piadina
Ingredients: Ciccioli, Lardo di Colonnata
Time to make (approx): Under 10 minutes
Ciccioli are similar to Pork rinds but italian, therefore far better, Lardo from the tuscan area called Lardo of colonnata is mandatory.
*Step 1, heat a pan (or a padella, if you plan to go full italian on this)
*Step 2, slam a piadina over it
*Step 3, every once in a while remember to turn it on the other side, possibly with acrobatic feats. The cooking time is really low once the pan is hot, so watch out
*Step 4, put a lot of ciccioli and lardo in the piadina
*Step 5, eat
*Step 6, experience the nirvana.
