Ingredients: strips of turkey breast, cumin,
hummus (chick-pea paste),
sliced onions
Time to make (approx): 10 minutes
fry the turkey strips with olive oil until they are slightly brown and season with cumin.
spread hummus inside the pitta bread, add the turkey and finley sliced onions.
