Smoked Chicken Croissant

Bread type: Croissant
Ingredients: Smoked Chicken, Mature Cheddar, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Mayonnaise, Salt and Pepper to taste
Time to make (approx): Under 10 minutes
Cut your freshly baked croissant, and add 2 to 3 slices of cheeses. Lay your chicken down, fairly thick, and then season.
Add your salad and greens above the chicken pieces, and top off with a few slices of onion. Add mayo. Season to taste. Put the top of the croissant back on and enjoy!
