Chicken Escalope

Ingredients: 1 Chicken Escalope, 2 vine tomatoes, mayonnaise
Time to make (approx): 30 minutes
Cook the chicken escalope in the oven following instructions. Chop up tomatoes. Add escalope and tomatoes to sandwich and plaster with mayonnaise. Elegant it ain't but it works for me!
