Bread type: croissant
Ingredients: spinach, goat cheese, grilled onions, butter
Time to make (approx): Under 10 minutes

start by carmelizing onions in pan with butter. When almost finished carmelized add spinach and spinkle with salt. Once spinach has cooked down, add goat cheese and combine until heated through. Fill a halved croissant with spinach combination and eat warm.
