Fried Egg

Bread type: White is best
Ingredients: 2 Fried Eggs (Free-range pref.)
Time to make (approx): 10 minutes

Heat oil or butter in small skillet. Pour in eggs. As egg mixture begins to set at bottom and sides, gently lift with spatula and turn over. Cook until set. Cut mixture in half and place on bread slices. Mustard or mayonnaise may be spread on the bread but is not essential.
